Composition and Care:
Printed on Epson Exhibition Fiber Paper: a traditional thick fiber base combined with a soft-gloss surface, giving a subtle sheen, light texture and heavy weight. This unique media offers the same deep blacks, subtle tonal graduations and long-lasting results as the darkroom papers of old. Its fiber base has a rich surface, a continuous tone and soft gloss that are ideal for creating stunning color or neutral black-and-white prints that retain the look and feel of traditional fiber paper. Gorgeous from every angle, with equal amounts of sharpness and snap.
Shipping:
Orders are printed and shipped by the fabulous team at Bay Photo {our third-party printing partner}.
Please do not purchase artwork with a sense of urgency. Allow a week for orders to be received, printed and packed… as well as an additional 5-10 days for shipping. Orders ship from Santa Cruz, CA. For current estimated production times click here.
You will receive tracking via email when your order ships.
*Domestic flat rate shipping is available throughout the US. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes due to the size of our prints— be sure to send your item to a residential or business address.
What should I do if my print is lost, stolen or damaged?
Email within 14 days of the actual or expected delivery date, being sure to include your order number.
If your shipment arrives damaged, include the following photos of the item(s):

All are required to file a claim with our carrier. Orders reported lost, stolen or damaged outside of the 14 days, and/or without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging materials will not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.
