Upon receipt of your deposit, you will have access to the Chroma Key— my custom design guide with over 150 colors and patterns to choose from. Overwhelmed at the thought of selection? Not to worry, that’s my jam— I’ll assist as much as you like. You’ll also have the option to purchase sample swatches and view your custom color palette prior to your order being dyed.

After approving your design, you will be given the first available space in the dye queue. All orders are on a first come, first served basis. Turnaround time for custom orders vary based on the queue of existing orders and the number of pieces in your order.

While I dye each custom piece based on your specifications (colors and patterns used, ratio of color to negative space) we do have to save a little room for magic and alchemy— working with liquids is not an exact science.

Once completed, I’ll email images of your finished item(s). Should you request additional applications of color, outside the scope of your estimate, additional costs will be assessed. A final invoice will be sent and will include the remaining balance and any or all applicable: additional services, products, shipping and sales tax. Payment in full must be received prior to shipping your order.

If at any point in the custom design process you choose not to proceed, or pay upon completion of your order, your 50% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and considered a “consultation fee” and serve as credit for labor and supplies used. Your deposit/consultation fee is non-transferable and cannot be used for another design.
