I’m in the midst of so many projects, at various stages between design → completion, that every surface of the studio is currently occupied + covered in color. I’ve got until Friday to finish and photograph them all, then put everything in order— because studio classes start back this weekend! It’s finally cool(ing off) enough that we can create without everything melting, including me and you. ☀️🫠🍳

My in-studio class schedule through the end of 2024 is up. Now’s the perfect time to grab a ticket while you have first dibs on spaces.

Something not yet on the Classes page, though available to book, are private and small group lessons. You choose the media/project you’d love to work with: dyeing, sewing, painting (acrylic or watercolor) and we’ll design custom lessons for you— we’ll work at your pace while exploring your areas of interest and curiosity, within the world of what I know.

Lessons are priced by the hour, with private 1:1 sessions beginning at $75/hour plus materials. Group lessons of four or more people begin at $40/hr per person plus materials.

If you click on the “availble to book” link above, I’ve already pre-drafted an email with the details I need to get you started.

My favorite snaps from September |

My bff and fellow arteest 🧑🏼‍🎨, Liberty Worth, is making amazing backpack style bags (which is all I ever lug around) and I had to share one she made from my drop cloth fabric. Awoogah! 🤤 These bags are lightweight and comfy to wear— and man can they store so many treasures! There are three zippered pockets: two smaller ones (visible on the front and back) and the main compartment (hidden while you wear the bag). Each bag is a one of a kind unicorn, and they fly like hotcakes. If you’d like your own, and want it in studio drop cloth, just let her know. I can always make more. To see all of the beautiful colors/prints she currently has available, as well as her other projects, you can find her here: Instagram | Website.

Art in the wild |

I had the pleasure of visiting one of my paintings— and absolutely adore the collective it’s amongst: quilted, painted, drawn, leafed, collaged, photographed… I just wish I would’ve had my better camera, so you could really see and enjoy the beautiful intricate details in all of these incredible pieces.

I still have five others from the same collection available here, and they’ve just been marked down.

Fingers crossed I’ll see you at the studio!
